Ok this one has history as it was a staple when my son was young so I could get some extra veggies into him! Here is my version of chicken strips or nuggets!
For the bread crumb mixture, this is your choice but I do measurements according to how much chicken I am cooking
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ground Parmesan
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Dredge in flour then broccoli mixture and finally breadcrumbs take your time and pat the bread crumbs into the chicken
I cook in oil (cover bottom of pan) at medium until both sides are pretty dark remember you want the chicken cooked and each piece will be different.
